I just did my wisdom teeth surgery here and I could not be happier with my experience. Dr. Mesia is amazing! All of the girls who work here are so kind, charismatic, and a joy to be around. I loved everything.

I’ve had a couple procedures done here by Dr. Mesia and the experience was great. The staff are wonderful. This tooth extraction went smoothly as expected. The personal follow up is also above expectation, Doctor called in the evening to check up on me. Would recommend treatment here!

I recently visited Dental Specialty Group of Pinellas to get a second opnion regarding periodontal treatment. Dr. Mesia was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing and advised me that I did not require periodonatal treatment. He made me feel completely at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and calming - which really helps if your're a little anxious about going to the dentist. They made me feel completely at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. Two years ago. I had a problem with my front tooth I live in Sarasota and visited two periodontists the first one told me he couldn't help. I later sought a second opinion and it was terrible. I go an infection I was very worried, someone at work recommended Dr. Ruben Mesia to me I was a little skeptical because of everything had happened to me. But I wanted to give him another chance . When I had my first appointment with Dr. Mesia he explained the treatment he had going to do I felt quite confident with him. As the months went by I realized for myself that he is very demanding, very dedicated and very professional in his work. I am special grateful for his honesty, regarding and very kind. They personal assistants they always made me feel at home thank you. Finally I want to say Dr. Ruben Mesia thank you for making me HAPPY and giving me back my best SMILE...... you're my ANGEL to me. Friendly and professional staff. Clean, welcoming office. Downplayed recovery time probably to assist with anxiety--and individual experiences differ, I'm sure. Clear directions for what to do in the following days and weeks. Last but not least, Dr. Mesia and his medical assistants are very warm and friendly.

Doc and staff are a wonderful, caring team. Made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. Not easy to do, I’m terrified of the dentist. They were wonderful. I would strongly recommend. I was referred to this office by my Tampa dentist and had to drive from Tampa but it was worth it..
